Christgau has this as being titled Lebanon/Algeria, although all other sources seem to have it as self-titled, as above. Furthermore, he has it as being on Metro Blue, while those sources say Hemisphere, as pictured, or Blue Note/Capitol. In all cases, the release date is the same for the compilation. Anyway, I have assembled a playlist of the songs on here on Spotify, and will evaluate it in due course.
