I should've bought this when it came out. Oh well. I have an alert up and will purchase it sound-unheard if one ever shows up for a reasonable price. Cover added so that it sticks in my memory, plus it's a good one. Update (January 2026): Found a nice copy for a price I was willing to pay -- graded and shelved.
