I would buy this in physical, if it were selling for reasonable prices. Reissue this! Bizarros side is 8 (A-), RCR side is 7 (B+), so it averages out to 7.5 (high B+). Update: Upped a notch upon finding it in original vinyl sealed as old store stock for today's retail price (and of course listening to it again)! I think what I did is essentially up the RCR side to 7.5 (high B+), and so the grade for the whole things rounds up to 8 (A-).
