Vinyl-only (except for Japanese CD reissue), and prohibitively expensive used. I ended up getting the comp Historic Moments, Vol.1, which contains eight of the 10 tracks originally on this and all of the tracks on Rebel Vibrations. Update: Later purchased as part of the High Above Harlesden box.
