The Sebutones [Buck 65/Sixtoo] - Psoriasis: 9 (A)

Really cassette-only. There might have been an unofficial CDr. Files seem utterly unavailable to download in any form, other than the YouTube video. I think this is one of the best releases with Buck 65's name on it, so I had a CD custom-made from the crappy YouTube file, with song fragments tacked on at the end, volume level problems and all.

Purchased, but not necessarily shelved or graded yet [some have provisional grades] 2023

Off! - Off!: 7 (B+)

Another great cover. Another short "album" (14:33). Actually shorter than their first 4 EPs, which is hilarious. See that one for whether I would buy this for $18 shipped.

Off! - First Four EPs: 7 (B+)

Cover by Raymond Pettibon. I admire having four EPs that total 17:36, which is short for an EP in the first place. Not shelling out $18 shipped for that though.

Lloyd Cole [and the Commotions] - The Collection [1998] vs. The Singles [2004]

Here are the album covers:

Here are the differences in track listings:

The Collection (20 tracks):

"Undressed" - Lloyd Cole [w/Quine]
"My Way To You" - Bad Vibes
"Fool You Are" - previously unreleased
"That Boy" - The Negatives

The Singles (21 tracks):

w/Commotions - "Cut Me Down" - Easy Pieces
w/Commotions - "From The Hip" - Mainstream
"Weeping Wine" - Don't Get Weird on Me Babe
"Morning Is Broken" - Bad Vibes
"Sentimental Fool" - Love Story

They both share the following 7 tracks with the 14-track Lloyd Cole and the Commotions compilation entitled 1984-1989:

"Are You Ready to Be Heartbroken?"
"Perfect Skin"
"Forest Fire"
"Rattlesnakes"
"Brand New Friend"
"Lost Weekend"
"My Bag"
"Jennifer She Said"

I went with The Singles, because it was cheaper and easier to find, even though the 4 songs on The Collection were probably better than those 5 on The Singles, and even though the former has the extra track with Quine. I also am shallow and liked the cover better.

Roches - Speak: 7 (B+)

# [Beautiful, but heavy on the harmonizing, and light on the instrumentation]

Iggy Pop - Nude & Rude: The Best of Iggy Pop: 8 (A-)

Not sure why I bought this years ago. I had 9 of the 17 tracks already. I guess it was to get some prime early tracks that I did not have ("I'm Sick of You" and "Kill City"), and a smattering of his better late period work. However, I am going to listen to the later anthology, A Million in Prizes, which is 2 discs, and has all the tracks on this. But it has alot more of his later work, and so I will probably get that and sell this off.
